Why is the price lower?
The instrument has had a first life. We check and restore it where necessary before offering it again. It meets our five checks and is fully functional.
Could there be signs of wear?
Signs of use may be present without affecting proper operation. Every instrument meets the five checks of our internal Workshop Check label. Images show the reference model.
What does the two-year warranty cover?
The French legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery, including refurbished products. It covers conformity defects under the conditions set by law. Contact Dream Machine to make a claim; it does not cover every cause of damage.

Yes, withdrawal rights also apply to refurbished instruments. Notify us within 14 days after delivery, then return the instrument within 14 days of notification. Our refund policy sets out the process and any return costs.
Read the return policyWhy are quantities limited?
Each series depends on available instruments and completed checks. Restocking is not guaranteed once a series sells out. Displayed stock counts only instruments ready for their next owner.
Are there any precautions?
Yes. Pulsed light is not suitable for everyone, especially anyone with photosensitive epilepsy. Read the safety information and contraindications before use.
