Make yourself comfortable.
Place the Dream Machine according to the instructions, then sit comfortably in front of it.

Choose your session.
Connect the instrument to the app via Bluetooth. Choose a duration and a program according to your preference.

Close your eyes.
Follow the startup instructions. Experience the session with your eyes closed, with the light and, depending on the program, audio accompaniment.
